My appetite was good this morning. I ate half a cantelope and an oriental sweet potato (very nutricious for baby, has all sorts of vitamins, minerals, fibre and folate!).
For lunch, I made Bak kut teh(garlic-pepper-pork soup). Drinking the soup felt good. Pepper keeps the mother's body "warm". But some how I feel queasy. I couldn't eat anything, not even the lean pork in the soup. :-(
I feel like puking. I wonder if it's because baby is having some kind of motion sickness. Maybe he's upside down.
But I'm not really puking (like those pregnant women I see on TV), just feel like puking. Heh heh. Well at least I think I had good nutrition this morning, having a hearty cantelope and sweet potato breakfast coupled with Organic Whole Milk. Perhaps I shall have another bowl of peppery-pork broth, and head to bed for a nap. Just sleep away the queasiness. :) I'll wake up later for a fruit-and-yogurt snack, and stir-fry some veges and eat meat from the soup tonight.
